New music from Paleo

PALEO-zebra

Need a midday pick me up? Paleo’s new track from his upcoming album Fruit of the Spirit is the perfect remedy. “Holly Would” is full of that bouncy, hand-clapping feet-stomping vibe to wake you up and drive you towards the light. Think the lo-fi brightness of the Violent Femmes colliding with the quirky songwriter stylings of Midwestern musicians. Paleo teamed  up with Daytrotter sound engineer Patrick Stolley to record his sophomore album and it’s stripped down charm is something to get excited about.

Listen to “Holly Would” below. Fruit of the Spirit comes out June 21 on Partisan Records and is available for pre-order. Paleo is also embarking on a national tour to support Fruit of the Spirit in June.
