Foster the People’s newest album Torches is blowing up the blogosphere with its catchy hooks and infectious beats. Their music makes for the perfect summer dance party. Luckily for us Chicagoans, the band is coming to Chicago to DJ Beauty Bar’s Chocolate Sundays this weekend. Foster the People will be joined by Hollywood Holt, Johnny Walker, and Johnny Fonseca, who will be pumping music all night starting at 9 pm.

If you want to start off the night slow, Beauty Bar will also be hosting a Drunken Spelling-Bee starting at 10:30. Every correct answer gets you a shot of Jameson, and the last person standing earns a comped bar tab. Spelling words drunk with Foster the People in the background? Not sure what could be more entertaining. Tickets are $5 and be ordered through Ticketweb or purchased at the door, and you can RSVP to the event on Facebook.
