Dreamy, orchestral indie-folk tandem Fleet Foxes announced today that their followup to their hugely popular 2008 debut will be dropping in late spring. Helplessness Blues, released through Sub Pop, will drop on May 3rd. In addition, the band have released their first crop of North American tour dates since mid-2009. They are:
