Golden Globes nominations released

On the heels of yesterday’s post about the AFI naming the best films and TV of the year, along with the slew of critics’ awards lists being released, comes even bigger news: The nominations for the 68th annual Golden Globes, coming this January, have been released.

Of them, there are a lot of surprises. The Globes are known for giving love to some atypical choices, but this year is odd even by their standards. Burlesque up for Best Picture (Comedy or Musical)? Johnny Depp nominated twice for best actor, for Alice In Wonderland and The Tourist? Red for best picture?
